Parkrun Coffee & Chat – Joondalup
Welcome to our Coffee meet-up at Joondalup Parkrun! Join us for a fun morning of running, walking, at your own pace, and then connecting over our shared love of Coffee, wether you want to get in Shape, improve your fitness and increase your metabolism, and energy or just more focussed on good chat over coffee and a walk, this is for you. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out on your fitness journey, this group is the perfect place for you to stay active.
I am a qualified PT, and happy to give free tips to improve your ability to move better.
Look out for me with the Yellow Befriend flag in my back pack and bright orange cap at the start and say hi, do your walk/run and then I’ll meet you at the finish line and we’ll head to to the coffee cart at Neil Hawkins Park for a well-deserved cup of coffee and some good conversation. I will have the yellow Befriend flag with me.
