About the Author

Nick Bruining has more than 37 years in the financial advice industry, acting as both an adviser to individuals through the practice he founded, and also sharing his knowledge through his many roles, including:

He is the author of a number of best-selling books including “Don’t Panic – Why you don’t need $1 Million to retire well”, and as co-author of “Don’t Panic – Aged Care“.

Nick is an economist by education and was previously a lecturer at the prestigious Curtin University.

He is a director and board member of the highly-regarded Certified Independent Financial Advisers Association Ltd and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Financial Planning) and a Diploma of Financial Planning. He is also a FAICD Director.
