Seniors Week – Silver Sneakers Gym Class & Tour
Looking for a fun, friendly way to stay active and connected? Come join us for a free introduction to our Silver Sneakers Fitness Class. A welcoming, low-impact program designed especially for older adults.
This class supports your physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being through gentle movement that helps improve strength, balance, flexibility, bone density, and overall fitness.
No experience needed, just comfortable clothes and a positive spirit!
After the class, stick around for some light lunch and refreshments, and enjoy a guided tour of Bayswater Waves, so you can see everything available to support your wellness journey.
Bring a friend, meet new ones, and take the first step toward feeling your best!

REGISTRATIONS ESSENTIAL:
This program is limited to 50 registrations, if you can no longer attend please cancel your ticket so that other residents can attend.
