Seniors Week: Stories and Scones

Rediscover the joy of being read aloud to at our storytime session for grown-ups to celebrate Seniors Week 2024.
Storytime doesn’t just benefit children. Being read aloud to is a deeply human exchange that brings pleasure and enjoyment to people of all ages. Sometimes this takes us back to our childhood and is a reminder of the richness of stories and language.
Morning tea of scones, jam and cream will be served and there will be an opportunity to chat.
​This session is intended for adults 18+ and this may be reflected in the readings content.
