Together, we’ll explore:

  • The philosophy behind Swedish Death Cleaning and its benefits
  • Why we hold onto things and how to let go with intention
  • Practical strategies for simplifying your belongings and space
  • How to responsibly dispose, donate, or recycle unwanted items
  • Tips for passing on meaningful keepsakes and heirlooms
  • Living a more abundant life with less (whatever that means to you)

This will be an interactive session. You’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences, learn and connect with fellow participants and develop a deeper understanding of the challenges, opportunities, and solutions that come with Swedish death cleaning.
