If so, come and join our free weekly class on transforming your relationships and communication!

I guarantee you’ll learn a ton of new things and have plenty of “aha!” moments every time you come!

**What You’ll Get Out of These Classes**

Each week, you’ll learn key principles and practice new techniques and skills to help you:

* Communicate more effectively and constructively
* Avoid and fix misunderstandings
* Encourage others to open up and communicate freely with you
* Prevent arguments and fights
* Navigate and deal with painful emotions that interfere with constructive communication
* Resolve practical problems, contentious issues and conflicts in your relationships
* Rebuild trust, heal and strengthen your relationships

In each class, we create a safe and supportive environment where you can learn, share (if you wish) and connect with others who are on a similar journey to you – it’s an awesome group of people!

This class runs every week and focuses on a new topic each time.

You can use what you learn in any relationship context (partners, friendships, families, colleagues, networks) so it’s totally fine to come if you’re single.

No previous experience or skills are needed, and people of any age, gender and background are welcome 🙂

**What These Classes Look Like**

These classes combine lessons, practical activities and group discussions. Depending on what the group needs most, each session may include:

* An interactive presentation that will teach you new principles and techniques
* Exercises and activities to allow you to practice and implement what you’ve learned
* The opportunity to ask questions and get helpful answers
* The opportunity to share and get input and potential solutions from others

You’re always free to choose whether or not you would like to be involved in activities and discussions. It’s totally fine if you just want to come along and watch!

Every session is packed with super valuable information and exercises, while also staying casual, relaxed and fun.

You’ll have a great time and learn a ton of valuable stuff, and you’ll leave each class feeling clearer, more in control and really happy you came 🙂

Beaumaris Community Centre is the building with the clock tower on top (located between Beaumaris Family Practice and the Beaumaris City Shopping Centre).

Bring a way to take notes (either a pen and paper or an electronic device) – you’re going to learn a lot of valuable stuff!

**About Your Host**

My name is AJ, and I run each class. I’ve been studying relationships and communication passionately for the past 20 years, and I’ve been helping people in this area professionally for the past 10 years.

Over that time, I’ve built a huge base of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques, as well as developing a few systems and processes of my own.

I’m always excited to share what I know with other people and help them transform their relationships and communication, and that’s what this class is all about!

I’ve done a lot of volunteer work over the years in Australia and overseas, and I absolutely love contributing and having an impact. This class is my latest volunteer project, and I’m really excited about sharing this journey with you.
