Tree Recovery Kiosks
Have you lost a tree to shot-hole borer?
The local community has unfortunately lost trees to shot-hole borer in recent years, impacting the Town’s urban canopy.
Trees are vital to improving air quality, sustaining wildlife and enhancing community wellbeing.
Did you know residents who have lost trees due to shot-hole borer may be eligible for a rebate worth up to $150 for every tree replaced?
If you have already replanted or would like to but need help claiming your rebate, come talk to the WA Tree Recovery team at one of the below community kiosks.
To be eligible for the rebate you must have had a tree removed from your property under Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development authority due to shot-hole borer.
If you would like to submit a rebate claim at the community kiosk, you will need a valid tax invoice for your replacement tree, a photo of the plant label as well as 100 points for personal identification.
