Understanding Grief: Navigating loss with Compassion

Grief is not only about death – it is about the void left by change. How can we navigate loss with more compassion with ourselves and others?
Loss, grief and bereavement can be felt in many ways and in different situations as we journey through life. Change and loss are a natural and integral part of living. Our human experience of change and loss can be challenging as well as transforming.
Join ECU Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy students as we discuss loss, grief and bereavement not just around death, and discover practical tools for navigating the impact these have on our lives in a safe and respectful space.
The session will be concluded with light refreshments providing a space for attendees to mingle with others, engage in conversation and strengthen community bonds.
