Learn to reduce food waste, save money and cook tasty meal in this hands-on workshop with Nutritionist Nicole Ingram.
Take control of your food expenses and minimize your food waste!
Join us for a workshop on saving money and reducing food waste when shopping and cooking. You’ll learn tips and tricks to help you waste less food by planning your meals and you’ll cook some delicious recipes that we will share for lunch (please bring a container in case there are any leftover).
This 2 hour hands-on workshop is run by qualified Nutritionist, Nicole Ingram, from Grow Cook Eat WA. She brings 25+ years of experience in hospitality, tourism, events and community gardens. She’s passionate about helping people connect, learn about food, and enjoy the experience.

Adult workshop space – Guests are expected to follow instructions of the program facilitator, be respectful at all times and assume responsibility for their own safety. This workshop is not suitable for children.
