Community weeding event to improve the bushland reserves within City of Kwinana.
Djeran is the Noongar autumn season, a time of increasing greenery and of preparation. Come along to Lizard Park in Wandi and help prepare the area for the upcoming planting season, by assisting with weed removal.
We will get stuck into hand weeding and then be rewarded with a cuppa and morning tea in a lovely bushland setting to wrap the session.
Everyone is welcome, all tools provided.
Please ensure that you wear long sleeves, long pants, enclosed shoes, and bring a hat and water bottle.
