Willetton Cultural Verge Workshop
This session will provide simple, practical guidance to help you create an attractive verge landscape that suits a range of household needs and cultural gardening practices. We’ll also share information about the City’s Verge Incentive Scheme and how you can get involved.
What we’ll cover
- What is a verge and what is a verge garden (benefits for you, the community and the environment)
- Plant selection, maintenance and City requirements (Q&A)
- Practical demonstration: choosing healthy plants, correct planting techniques, and aftercare
- Verge Incentive Scheme overview
- Free small plants for participating residents to take home (limited quantities, while stocks last)

Please note：This session is designed primarily for Willetton residents (especially culturally diverse households). If spaces are available, residents from other suburbs are welcome to register.
