Boost Your Mood, Reduce Stress, and Connect Through Laughter
Looking for a fun and uplifting way to boost your health and happiness? Laughter Yoga is a joyful practice that combines playful movement, deep breathing, and contagious laughter to improve physical and mental well-being.
Laughter is the best medicine—it helps reduce stress, lift your mood, and create social connections in a welcoming group setting. No experience needed, just a willingness to have fun!
Each session runs from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by an optional morning tea from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM. You’re warmly invited to stay, relax, and continue connecting with others over a cuppa.
Run by Laugh WA Inc., a volunteer-led not-for-profit, these sessions offer a unique way to bring more joy and energy into your life.
A small contribution of $5 per person helps cover venue hire and morning tea, and carers attend free.

Note: The club will not operate on public holidays:Â
      We won’t be running on the following dates:
