Build your confidence, find your voice, and learn practical ways to advocate for yourself in the mental health system. These FREE workshops were co-designed by people with lived experience, and focus on real-life communication skills that help you be heard.
Each workshop focuses on a different topic and includes a light morning tea. You’re welcome to join whichever sessions suit you, but as they build on each other, you’ll get the most out of the series by attending them all.
