Expressive Therapies uses creative expression as a therapeutic device. This program aims to help enable clients express their thoughts and feelings in a non-verbal way using activities like drawing, painting, sculpture, music, writing, creative movements and play.

Adults aged 18+
Mental Health Carers (individuals supporting a family member, loved one, or friend with a mental health challenge)
Where
Helping Minds Midland – 1A Sayer Street Midland.
Cost
Free – This program is funded by the Mental Health Commission to adults who are impacted by mental health challenges within their family or environment.
Important Booking Information
- Please note: This booking is an Expression of Interest only and does not confirm attendance.
- A member of the Helping Minds team will contact you to complete the registration and eligibility process.
- If we are unable to make contact within 5 business days, your Expression of Interest may be withdrawn.
- Once eligibility is confirmed, an official Eventbrite ticket will be issued.
