Cre8tive Mixed Media Arts and Crafts Workshop is located in Joondalup.I found myself at this exciting venue doing an acrylic pour and was fired up by the range of crafts that is offered by Karin Duarte.What could be more wonderful than spending time with your friends over a cuppa, chatting and being creative!Karin offers crafts ranging from mosaic, decoupage, acrylic pouring, pewter, mixed media and Powertex.

Materials for all crafts can be bought in-store.You can also learn to do paint techniques to up-cycle and breathe new life into your old furniture with her incredible range of high quality paints in colours so delicious you could eat them.Outside tutors are brought in to teach Calligraphy, coloured pencil drawing, beading and acrylic painting. There is something for everyone here.The workshop is open every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00am to 3:00pm.Conveniently situated across from Lakeside Joondalup Mall – so why not catch a train (Mandurah to Joondalup direct, with no changes) and spend a lovely couple of hours exploring some new crafts.
