DFO Shopping Centre, Perth Airport

There is a saying “ Champagne taste and beer money”, and if like me you fall into that category then you will love DFO, Perth’s newest outlet shopping centre near Perth Airport.

DFO is chock a block with designer and high-end shops and brand labels; be it Polo Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and Coach for smart casual outfits or Kate Spade, Oroton and Furla for classic handbags and accessories. If your tastes run to the more down to earth, then you’ll be happy to find Review, Bendon, Paul Carroll, Skechers and Rockmans amongst other well known popular brand names.

The outlet centre doesn’t just cater for your clothing and accessory needs, there is plenty of choices when it comes to homewares stores to wander through too; a few of the stores that have made their homes at DFO are Sheridan, House, Bed Bath and Table and Adairs.

The centre is well laid out and very spacious, with lots of seating areas dotted about for when you need to leave your husband with your purchases whilst you browse. Complimentary wheelchair and gopher hire is available from customer service, but be sure to phone in advance to book. There is also complimentary public wifi.

When you’ve shopped til you’ve dropped there is a dining precinct with a range of cuisines and fast food options with the option of casual dining inside the precinct or in the alfresco dining areas. In addition to the dining precinct, there are also a couple of stand-alone cafes or coffee outlets.

As with all outlet shopping centres, the stores at DFO do not always have the full range of their brands as they are essentially clearance stores, but there are great bargains to be found if you look; and at Christmas time you might be able to find some fabulous gifts without breaking the bank.
