Join Diabetes WA for a free community information session. This session provides an overview of what happens in the body of someone with diabetes, gives tips on prevention and management of diabetes, including the annual cycle of care, as well as an overview of the National Diabetes Services Scheme. The session is suitable for those that would like to learn more about diabetes, who may be at risk of diabetes, and those who are living with diabetes.
