Get ready to groove and move your body in this fun and energetic workout session. This is a great opportunity to stay active, meet new friends, and have a blast while getting fit. No dance experience required! Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring a towel, and a water bottle.

• Week 7 – Friday 28th March
• Week 8 – Friday 4th April
• Week 9 – Friday 11th April
• Week 10 – Friday 18th April (make up session)
Registrations for the entire 10 week program are essential. Walk-ins not permitted.
