My most recent visit to this bustling spot on Dunn Bay Road was just for a simple coffee. I was staying just a moments’ walk down the road at Bay Village Resort and I was tempted by the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafting through the air. Merchant and Maker opens its doors at 6:30am daily, making it a popular destination for early bird locals and holidaymakers alike who are keen to start their day with a quality caffeine fix. Though primarily a takeaway spot, the café offers a few cosy seating options where you can enjoy your morning brew and a bite to eat while watching the world go by.

The coffee at Merchant and Maker is better than your average cuppa joe. And off I went, with my takeaway cup full of hot coffee, making my morning just that little bit brighter. I wandered down Dunn Bay Road and enjoyed this on the beach.
