The next-generation of residential care is coming soon.

In 2018 Southern Plus AGED CARE will open our innovative East Fremantle Aged Care Centre, the first integrated aged care residential accommodation and health and wellness facility.

Located on the high point of Wolsely Road, many of the rooms enjoy private balconies and expansive views of Fremantle and its waterways.  The centre offers state of the art next-generation residential aged care on the first floor.   Services focus on lifestyle, well-being, social connections and hospitality, as well as chef designed meals, nutrition management, and discrete 24/7 nursing care including specialist dementia support in our intimate dementia care specific house. There are 83 rooms in total including the secure dementia care house, demonstrating the next-generation of aged care.
