Tai Chi Thursdays @ Karrinyup

Authentic Yang Style Tai chi is an enjoyable, slow and gentle form of exercise, originally developed as a martial art. Regular practice has many health benefits, including improved balance, posture, circulation, mental well being, coordination and strength. The structured fluid movements appear relaxed externally, yet should be internally firm. In essence, Tai Chi is aimed at achieving longer life through better physical health and greater happiness. People of all ages and abilities are welcome to attend. (Please provide own adult supervision for any under 18’s). Loose fitting comfortable clothes and footwear are recommended. Class dates align to WA school terms, (approx. 10 weeks). Modest fees for new and ongoing enrolments cover venue hire and Association costs.
