Have you been to Peel Produce Market? This Saturday morning market is found at Dawesville Foreshore Reserve, from 8am until noon. The bustling spot is packed with stalls selling everything from freshly picked fruit and veggies, to handmade local crafts, gourmet goodies, plants, fresh flowers, food trucks and much more.
There’s a lovely atmosphere, friendly faces, live music, and the lovely view of the nearby estuary. The stall line up changes each week, check out their Facebook page for updates.
Plus, the markets are very dog friendly (with a few dog-themed stalls), and kid friendly too.
There’s a small playground at the reserve, so easy to let the grandkids play after you browse the many stalls.
I grabbed a coffee before I set off on a browse, and I wasn’t expecting that the van would be so busy – I think there was a 20-minute wait.
Luckily, it was very good coffee!
