Located in North Beach on Flora Terrace just a few streets back from the ocean, this has become a popular hub for locals and lovers of fresh produce and flavourful culinary fare.

The drinks menu boasts some impressive concoctions including cold pressed juices and smoothies with traditional flavour combos or the option to whip up your own concoctions to suit. I had the Detox and felt a spring in my step with every sip.

Open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea everything is prepared fresh and with a smile by the friendly and efficient staff.

I opted for fresh tomato, feta and basil on pumpkin paleo bread and it was delicious.

I must admit when the meals arrived at our table, I did suffer food envy over the toasties, wraps and tarts.

The smoothie bowl was bursting with colour and I was lucky to sample a spoonful – another festival of flavours!

They also have a great range of raw treats and cater to all dietary needs.

As the food is sourced locally LaBuda serves up seasonal awesomeness with hearty warmers in Winter

and fresh colourful salads in the Summer months.

If that isn’t enticing enough they have plenty of tea and coffee options (including on tap!) and the coffee is supplied by local brewers Micrology.

The indoor space reflects it’s menu – light, bright and fresh.

Whilst it is not a huge space, there is plenty of seating options both in and outdoors.

Or if you prefer a scenic view, why not get your delicious morsels ‘to- go’ and head over the hill to the gorgeous west coast seaside.
