Mano Wraps, Busselton

Found in the heart of Busselton, Mano Wraps has swiftly become my go-to spot for a delicious take away meal in the south west town. Their buckwheat crepe wraps are a must-try for any food lover. These wraps offer a unique twist on traditional “fast food” combining health-conscious ingredients with indulgent flavors that satisfy both the palate and the guilty conscience.

Mano Wraps cook up buckwheat crepes. Unlike typical wheat-based crepes, buckwheat crepes are naturally gluten-free, making them a fantastic option for those with gluten sensitivities (like myself) or those simply seeking a nutritious alternative. Buckwheat is not only rich in fiber and essential nutrients, but it also adds a subtle, nutty flavor that complements the wrap’s tasty fillings.

The wraps are available in a variety of fillings – savoury and sweet. I just couldn’t go past the bacon and brie. The thin crepes are a little crispy, and cooked to perfection. Filled with the bacon (which provides a burst of flavor), melted brie, plus a fresh, vibrant salad of lettuce, carrot, tomato, avocado and more. Each wrap is made to order, so super fresh, and they taste as good as they look – incredible.

There’s plenty of tables to sit at to enjoy your crepes. Grabbing my wrap to-go, I headed down the bustling Queen Street to browse the Busselton shops. Relishing every bite, and getting a little mayo on my nose – whoops.
