300 Acres Restaurant and Bar Wembley

300 Acres Wembley

300 Acres Restaurant and Bar is the perfect spot for all day dining, particularly for all the budding golfers out there! Set amongst the beautiful surrounds of the Wembley golf course this truly is a stunning location.300 Acres WembleyBe sure to book yourself an alfresco table out on the gorgeous decking that overlooks a mini-golf course, the childrens playground and beyond. And believe me, the views go for days!300 Acres WembleyBeing golfing enthusiasts ourselves and having played at the course many moons ago, we took a lovely stroll past the impressively huge driving range and even had a quick squizz in the Golfers Shop!300 Acres Wembley

If you are dining with family, there is a wonderful playground, conveniently set in view of the restaurant. Our grandchildren happily played while we watched from above.300 Acres WembleyThings have certainly changed and the upgrades are amazing and sure to impress both avid lovers of golf and even those who are simply coming for a fabulous meal at 300 Acres.Which, will not disappoint. The restaurant and bar itself is simply stunning with an open, airy feel that caters for big crowds, without that “packing them in” feeling.300 Acres WembleyAs it was my sisters birthday, we had a long table at the far end of the room which offered plenty of space, booth seating (which the grandkids loved) and fantastic views to boot! The service was efficient and friendly and the prices very reasonable. All of our meals were delicious and the portions were huge! You are definitely getting value for money.300 Acres WembleyThe food was fresh, flavourful and enjoyed by all. There was plenty of options on the menu and they cater for all intolerance’s, just be sure to mention to the staff so the chef can make adjustments.300 Acres WembleyOf course we couldn’t resist dessert, which the entire table had a sample of too!300 Acres WembleyThey also have a great wine list with something for everyone and of course beer on tap and plenty of spirits to enjoy as well as tea, coffee and standard refreshments. 300 Acres WembleyWe thoroughly enjoyed our day out at 300 Acres and will be sure to return and recommend to friends.

About Kerry Lane

I am 67 years of age and retired. I was born and bred in Perth but now live with my husband, Michael, in Albany, Western Australia. We have four children and six grandchildren. I have always enjoyed sports but my passion was basketball in which I played and attained State level. I coached at both junior and senior levels. I was also the team manager for the Perth Quit Breakers (now known as the Perth Lynx) for many years and was on the Board of the WA Basketball Association. I worked for Woodside Energy for 19 years before transferring to Darwin with my husband, also a Woodsider, who took up management of the Northern Territory operations of the company. I was the Private Secretary to the Chief Minister of the Northern Territory Govt. during my time there before retiring. My husband and I then travelled around Australia in a caravan for a year before finally settling for a seachange in Albany. We built a house at beautiful Goode Beach, joined the Albany Golf Club and started to explore our surrounds. We have made many friends since arriving in Albany and family and friends from near and far enjoy visiting and experiencing our part of the world. We are heavily involved in the Golf Club which keeps us busy. I enjoy reading, wining, dining, good friends and still love to travel both here in Oz and overseas.
