If you love strolling around the fruit trees at S&R Orchard’s very pink spring blossom festival, you’ll be pleased to hear that the Christmas and Fruit Picking Festival is back! S&R Orchard has been transformed into a magical Christmas wonderland with the festival running every day from 9th December up to the 22nd of December (9am-4pm). It’s a lovely place to take a walk and pick fresh stone fruit right from the trees. If you have grandchildren, there’s plenty for them to see and do too.
Found throughout the orchard you’ll find red props to pose for a fun and festive photo. Pets are also welcome on leads, so they can be included on a family photo. Here’s just some of what you’ll find…

You can enjoy fruit picking in the stone fruit orchard.
Daily activities to enjoy with grandkids include an animal farm, tractor rides and bouncy castle. If you’re after refreshments, there is a coffee shop, ice-cream and more. Plenty of tables and chairs are found under the shady shelter. S&R Orchard says that it is wheelchair friendly, though the surfaces are gravel and grass. Toilets are onsite too.
