Once only a pop-up shop, this place gained so much popularity as a pop-up coffee shop that they were essentially forced to set up a permanent location.

Regardless of whether or not you actually live in Applecross, you have to visit just to check out Nic and Kolo. Honestly, it is one of the very best cafes in the entirety of Applecross. It is the ideal place to spend hours upon hours of time relaxing on a nice summer morning.

They offer plenty of delicious menu options that will keep you coming back time and time again. They have some pretty amazing cinnamon scroll pancakes with a cheesecake glaze that have gained attention all over the city. We definitely recommend giving this place a try!

They also offer an amazing Benedict Brekkie Burger that feels somehow magical with the creamy sauce.
