Scarborough Beach Bar, Scarborough

Picture this: a sunny afternoon, a refreshing cocktail in hand as you gaze out over the stunning Scarborough Beach. Scarborough Beach Bar is a casual destination for those seeking a drink in Scarborough. Found upstairs, overlooking the stunning Scarborough Beach precinct, this spot offers more than just a place to grab a drink. Whether you’re a local or a tourist passing through, Scarborough Beach Bar offers up great drinks, easy to eat share plates, with an ocean view.

As you step out onto the balcony, from the light and breezy bar, you’re greeted with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. The clear glass shelters you from the sea breeze, but not blocking the view. It’s the perfect setting to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the busy street below. Scarborough Beach Bar boasts an impressive selection of beverages, from classic cocktails to local craft beers and everything in between. Whether you’re in the mood for a refreshing Mojito or a crisp glass of wine, their talented bartenders are ready to craft the perfect drink to suit your taste. I was designated driver, so it was a mocktail for me, which I really enjoyed.

Scarborough Beach Bar offers a varied menu of shareable dishes, perfect for enjoying with friends or family. From fresh seafood to stone baked pizza, burgers salads and more, there’s something to satisfy every craving. Weekdays there’s some good value specials – like a “Parmi and pint” for $25 and Fish n chips at $18pp. We shared a plate of chorizo and labneh (hung yogurt) and salt and pepper squid with garlic mayo along with our drinks.

Scarborough Beach Bar overlooks one of Western Australia’s most iconic beaches, which is one of the only spots in Scarborough with an elevated view. During evenings, particularly on weekends, Scarborough Beach Bar gets pretty lively and has a younger crowd. We visited on a weekday lunch time and found it to be quite pleasant.

Scarborough Beach Bar,

There’s plenty of free parking around (please note it is 2 hour only). If you’re struggling to find a spot, paying at the car park under the Rendezvous Hotel (entrance by the Lookout bar) is also an option. Whether you’re sipping cocktails with friends, sharing a meal, or simply soaking in the breathtaking views, you’re sure to leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
