Samuels on Mill


This lovely inner-city restaurant is part of the great Parmelia Hilton Perth revamp. As you step inside this elegant restaurant, you will make your way to the private dining room that is completely separated from the main restaurant with a wall of brass chainmail.

The menu here is perfectly modern and it headed up by the venue’s great chef, Chad Miskiewics who has been at the hotel since back in 1998. Samuels on Mill is a lovely location for everyone.

West Leederville

Besk, based in West Leederville is always so busy! If you’re looking to hold a large gathering there, you need to consider booking their cellar space in the downstairs area. The cellar can cater for 40 seated people or 90 people free-standing.

It can be completely booked out or only partially booked out for smaller groups of 12 to 40. There are four different beers on tap as well as spirits, wine, and spritz cocktails available that can easily be catered to your event.

This private dining room at the exclusive Crystal Club also allows you to walk out on the outdoor terrace and lap up the gorgeous sunset views.
