Located only 2 kilometres south of town or roughly a 5-minute drive, you can find the beautiful Yahava KoffeeWorks serving up some hot brew. This excellent location has the finest range of coffee beans in the whole world.

The theme at this store is ‘coffee, coffee, coffee’. When you step in, you will find yourself in a world of amazing smells, sights, and delights as you watch the beans be roasted before your very eyes. If you’re not sure which coffee you would prefer to buy, you can speak to one of the friendly staff members here to get started with a lovely tasting.

The White Elephant Beach Cafe


While the coffee here is absolutely incredible, it isn’t just the coffee that is the drawcard at The White Elephant Beach Café in Gnarabup. Only a 12-minute drive from Margaret River, this café is situated on a beautiful hill that looks out on the Indian Ocean.

This spot also serves up an insanely good breakfast and lunch menu. You can stay for only a short time or waste the whole day away here. If you’re really lucky, you may see some whales or dolphins passing by as you sip on a coffee. This cafe is absolutely amazing!




This hidden gem in Witchcliffe is absolutely worth the drive. Situated only ten minutes south of Margs, you will find this amazing café on the main street. Yardbyrd has some pretty amazing ambience as well as a really aesthetically pleasing look.

You will love the friendly and calm vibes of this café as it serves up amazing coffee and food with good vibes. Enjoy the eclectic crockery and furniture as well as the history surrounding you on the walls. Even on a cold day, this place will warm your heart, soul, and belly.

The Gourmet Food Merchant


This spot is a favourite for many locals and visitors. It is situated only 15 minutes north of Margaret River in Cowaramup and is the best spot to visit when you’re searching for a smooth and decadent coffee. The Gourmet Food Merchant is filled with many beautiful items for you to choose from and take home.

Stop by and enjoy your morning coffee before you fill up your arms with gourmet products to take along with you. It is certainly an experience you need to have at least once.


The Black Sheep Deli


The Black Sheep Deli is essentially a rite of passage for locals. The team here serve up coffee with a lot of love. This cute little deli is all about food that is paddock to plate.

This means that every meal is local, seasonal, and full of beautiful colours and healthy ingredients. Locals and visitors are always content here as it is beautifully slow and relaxing. If others in your group prefer other drinks over coffee, the fresh juices here are simply to die for.

You should also consider bringing your own takeaway cup as it is greatly encouraged at this spot.

Merchant and Maker


If you head out a little further to Dunsborough, we promise you that you won’t be disappointed. Pop into Merchant and Maker for your ideal caffeine fix made with freshly ground beans. They offer really amazing service and the best poached eggs in town.

If you’re looking for breakfast and a nice strong coffee, this is the place to be.

Goanna Gallery Café


Based in Quindalup, this is one of the best destinations to stop for a quick coffee. Goanna Gallery Café is located roughly half an hour from Margaret River in the ever-so-beautiful space of Quindalup. It is honestly a beautiful hidden gem.

You can enjoy it year-round, but it really is best on a sombre rainy day. They have plenty of parking and seating here as well as a great menu full of fresh produce.  You can also spend some time here at the on-site gallery filled with local artisan work.

Make sure you buy yourself or your loved ones a gift while you’re there!

Wyl & Co

Margaret River

This buzzing little café is beautifully tucked away off of the main street on Fearn Ave. Wyl & Co is the perfect place to enjoy a nice brew and a healthy menu. They offer all of their menu items as paddock to plate which means that everything is sourced locally.

Their menu is always growing and changing, so make sure you check out their socials to stay up to date. This place is most certainly worth visiting.

Drift is an all-time favourite among locals. This place is always serving up amazing coffee in a super laid-back and relaxed café environment. Better yet, is it super easy to find this location as it is just off the main street and always buzzing with locals.

You can watch the world go by out the front or cosy up in the corner with a book or for a quiet chat. You can choose from both a delicious breakfast and lunch menu where takeaway options are also available. They also have a dog-friendly veranda here which means you can bring your canine companion along for the ride.



Margaret River

Egberts is the ideal spot in town to check out. Egberts specialises in French-style eats, drinks, and treats. Enjoy your brew and a pastry as you relax in this casual espresso-style dining space. While there may be a line there, you will be in the company of many friendly locals.

The pastries here are absolutely to die for! Just make sure you bring your own keep cup!

The Margaret River Bakery

Margaret River

Situated on the edge of town, this European-style café is super quirky and fun. You haven’t really been to Margs unless you have stopped here to enjoy a coffee and a beautiful treat. Serving up the locals since back in 1960, this location offers up the best coffee in Margaret River.

While there, make sure you grab a nice croissant or even stay for breakfast and take in the eclectic surrounds. You will feel like a local as soon as you take a seat on the old velvet couch and watch the world go by. Make sure you stop by The Margaret River Bakery next time you’re nearby!

This spot also serves up the Margaret River Roasting Co coffee blend which pairs perfectly with their pastries.

Situated close to a nice skate park and pretty surroundings, you will love West Coffee Co. It is the ideal place to stop for big groups, couples, and families. Everyone is catered to at this awesome destination.

You can enjoy a casual yet upmarket experience in which you can relax under shady trees on the lawn as you sip your brew. There are heaps of spaces to park here which makes it super convenient and accessible for everyone. Make sure you grab some beans to take home with you while you’re here!
