Each for the 4 suites feature spacious living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, a functional bathroom/laundry and two bedrooms, all designed with quality in mind.
The Kitchen has all the appliances you’d need to whip up a meal in no time. Plus, a coffee pod machine, toaster, fridge, kettle etc neatly hidden away. There’s a dishwasher too – because nobody wants to do dishes when on holiday.
There’s a large TV, which has access to streaming services. Plus, you’ll find scrabble and uno in the cabinet, for cosy nights in.
The queen bedrooms have huge wardrobes and firm, but comfortable beds. The curtains are black-out good. The suite itself is very private and quiet during the day. If you are a light sleeper it is worth noting that you may hear an early morning truck delivery – it’s a good idea to pack earplugs if you like to sleep in.
The sleek, well-lit bathroom is a highlight, with a rain shower with decent water pressure. This doubles as a handy laundry space with washing machine and dryer for longer stays.
The unbeatable location is a highlight. Situated directly above the new Dunsborough Marketplace retail complex, guests can enjoy immediate access to essential amenities. A Woolworths supermarket, take aways and various specialty shops are literally at your doorstep. This proximity eliminates the need for driving, allowing you to simply take the elevator down for any necessities you may have forgotten, an easy bite to eat from Mano Wraps, or cheese and crackers to enjoy on the balcony.
The central location also means everything in Dunsborough’s charming town center is just a short, flat walk away. Enjoy local cafés, boutique shops, and restaurants without worrying about parking, or who’s going to be the designated driver. For those with mobility issues, this accessibility is invaluable. There is a lift to the apartments, and they generally have a flat layout.
The Suites serve as an excellent base for exploring the region’s attractions. Meelup Beach, Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, and numerous wineries are all within easy driving distance.
