One stop, three treats: coffee, chocolate and tea in Cowaramup! I was looking for my daily am caffeine hit and stumbled upon this gem – Two Cracks Coffee Roastery.

Cowaramup (or “Cowie” as the locals call it) is one of those South West towns that’s impossible not to like. It’s charming, relaxed and just quirky enough to make you smile everytime you spot a cow-themed goodie. If you need one very good reason to pull over on Bussell Highway, here it is: in one handy little stop you can enjoy Two Cracks Coffee Roastery, Temper Temper Fine Chocolate and Seven Seas Tea all under the same roof.

The cosy retail space works beautifully because it’s easy, enjoyable and doesn’t require a huge plan. You can wander in, take your time, and treat yourself. Coffee first? Two Cracks Coffee serves proper coffee for those of us who like a reliable caffeine hit before sightseeing. Two Cracks Coffee also sells their own in-house roasted beans, coffee making equipment and easy toasties to grab and go. I can confirm my flat white was excellent and great to sip on while I browsed the stores.

Temper Temper is not your average chocolate stop. This is the place for beautifully made chocolate, gift-worthy goodies and the sort of treats that whisper, “Go on, you’re on holiday.”

Temper Temper (also in central Margaret River) creates delicious chocolate locally, sourced from sustainable farms around the equator – combined with natural, local ingredients.

There are plenty of tastings at Temper Temper too, which makes it even harder to leave empty-handed.

And if tea is more your style, Seven Seas Tea adds a lovely browse experience with small batch loose leaf teas, spices and gift ideas that make a cuppa feel a bit special.

I picked up a pouch of Darjeeling loose-leaf tea to take home.

What I really like is that it’s not just a shopping stop. It’s a little experience. You can stretch your legs, enjoy something delicious and pick up a few things for home. So next time you’re in Cowaramup, don’t just drive through. Stop, sip, sample and enjoy the fact that three very good reasons to visit are sitting right there together.
