The award-winning Flack family has brought their gourmet flair to Lake Lesch, offering a menu inspired by Aussie flora and fauna—just like the lake itself, which is named for the native blue Leschenaultia flower (which you’ll spy on a bushwalk in wildflower season!). Be sure to grab a coffee before you head off for a wander – it’s good 🙂
Treat yourself to hot chips with house-made seasoning and bush tomato sauce, and AUSage Roll (house-made kangaroo and beef sausage roll) or a fresh grazing board perfect for sharing.
