Inglewood Library

Inglewood Library, found at the Inglewood Town Square on Beaufort Street, is a wonderful inner city library. At the front entrance there is a vibrant garden area with sculptures. The town square also has a cafรฉ, community centre and holds the Inglewood on Beaufort Markets in warmer months. Here, youโ€™re sure to find something to read from the huge range of fiction and non-fiction books.

If you have an interest in local history, the Stirling Community History Centre is a wealth of information! The City of Stirlingโ€™s History Team is there each Monday 9am to 4pm.

Make new friends at the Inglewood Senior Citizens Club. The group is a great way to meet new friends, play bowls, canasta, bingo or go on outings during the week. Call 9279 3780 for more information. There’s “book chat” clubs too.

If you have grandchildren, the bright childrenโ€™s area is found right at the back of the library. The inviting space has books for children of all ages, wooden toys to play with, bookshelves brimming with board books. Thereโ€™s a few comfy chairs too, for cuddling up for a story.

And if youโ€™re not a book reader? There are lots of audio books, DVDs, newspapers and magazines available to borrow.

If you require use of a computer there are plenty available for word processing, emailing and surfing the internet. Printing, photocopying and scanning facilities are also available for a small fee.
