The Best Patisseries in Perth

Picobello

This great patisserie is the home of some really exceptional pastries. You can expect to enjoy macarons, petit fours, and so much more in the cabinets when you visit this location. They also offer up some pretty great occasion cakes as well.

However, if you truly want to add a bit of fun to the party, make sure you get your paws on their croquembouche. It is a glistening, golden tower of choux pastry and caramel that is absolutely mesmerising. Trust us, Picobello is the place to be,

Location: 22/260 Canning Highway, Bicton

La Galette

Once just a stall, La Galette has now become a super popular destination for everyone who is looking for insanely delicious offerings. Nowadays, they are located in a cute little premise based on Hampden Road. This makes it the ideal location for uni students to pop down for a pastry whenever they need a pick-me-up.

Galettes are the number one speciality on the menu here, but you canโ€™t go past the crazy good and fresh almond croissants. They are perfectly flaky and absolutely delicious. The selection here is second to none.

Location: Shop 4, 160 Hampden Road, Nedlands

French Resistance

French Resistance in Perth is the number one answer to all of your croissant cravings. This team offers a super meticulous approach to all pastries. At this location, there is no cutting corners, no lack of quality, and a whole lot of love added into each item that goes out to be sold.

The team here also creates Danishes, croissants, and plenty of other sweets on offer such as vanilla slice and even lemon and ricotta cakes.

Location: 271 Newcastle Street, Northbridge

Chez Jean-Claude Patisserie

All it takes is one look at the massive line floating out the door and you will be intrigued by what is on offer. Everything offered by the masters of pastry here will be more than enough to make you join that line. The baguettes at Chez Jean-Claude alone are the perfect lunch solution.

However, we recommend adding a tart, almond croissant, or palmier to your order. After all, you have to try something both sweet and savoury! Donโ€™t let the line put you off, the food is more than worth it.

333 Rokeby Road, Subiaco

26 Oxford Close, West Leederville

La Belle Patisserie

First starting out at the Kalamunda and Vic Park markets, La Belle has now grown and spread into two different brick-and-mortar locations in both Lathlain and Belmont. You can enjoy some complete classics such as Danishes, pain au raisins, tarts, and eclairs.

However, these guys also offer up some interesting and unique weekend specials such as crispy roast pork croissants topped with pork floss and delicious matcha cruffins! Honestly, we are drooling right now.

Locations: Shop G-034, Belmont Forum Shopping Centre, 25B Gallipoli Street, Lathlain.

Chu Bakery

Chu Bakery is not really a French patisserie. This is because while it does have plenty of influences from France, it is also influenced by other places around the world. However, this spot also offers plenty of non-pastry options that will blow your mind. These masterful and immaculate treats are already insanely good.

However, when you enjoy them while sitting in the lush surroundings of Hyde Park, they somehow taste even better!

Harvest Boulangerie Patisserie

Harvest Boulangerie Patisserie is oh-so-popular. In fact, you may have to get up early and try to beat the line to ensure that you donโ€™t miss out. However, you may have to fight off the locals that line up in the mornings.

The croissants here are literally as light as air and absolutely incredible when theyโ€™re filled with quality ham and cheese. Though, the absolute showstopper has to be the buttery Danishes that are topped with quality seasonal fruit. You need to check out this spot next time youโ€™re in Perth!

Location: 117B Brighton Road, Scarborough

Maison Saint Honore

You seriously need the strength of The Hulk if you want to resist the dreamy macarons at Maison Saint Honore. However, we think you should just give in and eat them! These guys even deliver to you if youโ€™re craving them but donโ€™t want to leave the house!

These guys also offer so much more than just quality macarons. They offer an amazing assortment of cakes, pastries, crepes, and other great desserts from their list of ever-growing locations!

Locations: 117C Birkdale Street, Floreat, 63 Kishorn Road, Mount Pleasant, 55 Brookmount Drive, Ellenbrook, and 100 Benara Road, Caversham.
