Hillarys Harbour Resort, Hillarys

Hillarys Harbour Resort is a waterside apartment-style hotel, which is found at Hillarys Boat Harbour.

Apart from enjoying a relaxing stay-cation here, it would be handy to stay there if you’re attending a wedding or function at one of the many venues nearby too. I’d also suggest it to family that were staying from interstate or overseas.

The reception is found at the south west end of the harbour, opposite AQWA. Check in was easy and I was able to park my car in the secure underground car park. My two bedroom, two bathroom apartment overlooks the ocean (and car park). The open plan living area was comprised of a modern kitchen, dining area and lounge room.

The kitchen has everything you’d need to cook up a feast, with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and more. It would be perfect for longer stays. There’s even a laundry hiding away behind some of the cupboards.

If you require breakfast supplies, a breakfast basket can be purchased.

My bed was very comfortable, the room had plenty of storage space, and a flat screen TV too!

The modern ensuite was well appointed with a large shower, as well as good quality toiletries.

For the other guests, there’s a second twin bedroom, which also had its own ensuite bathroom with shower.

There’s a cool pool, paddling pool and heated spa too, as well as plenty of sun loungers to sit with a good book.

Hillarys Harbour Resort proves you really don’t need to travel far to get that relaxed holiday feeling, and it’s fantastic to have the bustling shops and cafes of the quay on your doorstep.
